FIS World Cup Špindlerův Mlýn 2023

We planned and prepared the FIS World Cup races in the Svatý Petr complex in Špindlerův Mlýn a year in advance. Nothing remained of the original schedule of preparations, as the warming at the beginning of the 2023 season canceled the FIS races in the Alps at places at multiple altitudes. The supply of artificial snow on the slope was melting and the final decision on the race was still pushed back to the critical date. Fortunately, it cooled down and preparations for the race started two weeks late. We have only half the time left to build the facilities for the races. It was an even greater challenge for our production and suppliers of tents, tribunes and mobile systems. We coordinated the arrival and unloading of dozens of trucks, we stacked hundreds of tons of material and for 2 weeks we prepared the complete facilities for competitors, visitors and organizers. All large structures - tribunes, tents and stage were built in 5 days! We managed everything, so the FIS downhill skiing World Cup race in Špindlerův Mlýn was successful. 19,079 paying spectators visited the complex over the weekend. Demolition and cleaning of the race facilities took place again in record time. Already 5 days after the races, you didn't know in St. Peter that something happened here last weekend.
