MTB World Cup Nové město na Moravě 2024

This year's UCI Mountain Bike World Series in Nové Město na Moravě from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th May was attended by over 16 000 visitors. This result is considered by the organizers as a huge success, because the races were held in a time clash with the Hockey World Cup and the Czech national team managed to make it to the finals. There was a lot of interest in the MTB races and their accompanying programme, with massive queues for autographs and photos with Peter Sagan or Eva Adamczyk.  Vasek Kolář put on a fierce bike trial show and the seasoned commentators Daniel Stach, Míra Lenc and Michal Berka commented on all the events in the venue with bravura and wit. During the Test Fest you could try mountain bikes of different brands. Almost 1 200 test rides took place during the long weekend. This year, XCO, XCC and marathon races in all age categories took place in Nové Město na Moravě. Czech riders managed to place in the top ten of the race peloton.

We are building several big tents for the race organizers. Two of them functioned as catering facilities and one as an official merchandise shop, we used the triple needle tent as a rest area for visitors. Dozens of scissor tents, including indoor facilities, served as backstage for race organizers and fans. We also deployed a few hundred pieces of furniture for the event. Folding tables, bistro tables and coffee tables, chairs and loungers. We laid over 300 m2 of different floors and equipped the official merchandise shop with customized furniture. During the races, we are always on site ready to intervene promptly in the event of a storm or other problem.
